• Oscar Ceron v. Reliable Heating & Air, LLC., worker was injured at work and became a paraplegic due to intervening criminal act.  The case was resolved by confidential settlement.
• Victoria Corona Tolentino v. A&D Painting, Inc., represented the widow of a man killed while in route to work.  The case against the at-fault driver was settled for a confidential sum.  The worker’s compensation case against the employer was settled for $190,000.00.
• Moreno v. Avalon Mobile Home Park, et al., Client was robbed and shot while standing in front of his trailer.  The case was resolved by confidential settlement.

• Gisela Villanueva v. Emory Healthcare, Client was raped while working for a third-party cleaning company.  The case was resolved by confidential settlement.
• Mario Murillo et al v. Harbor Management, Inc., Represented the family of a man killed outside of his apartment complex while unloading his work tools.  The case settled for $900,000.00.
• Eunice Marrero et al. v Jason Polo, et al., represented the family of an 18-year-old killed while a passenger in a vehicle that was struck by a driver who was street racing at the time.  Trial resulted in a verdict of $2,515,000.00.
• Kevin Segovia v. Triple V. Framing, worker suffered fall from two story building leaving him a paraplegic.  The case settled for $1,500,000.00.
